Our Values Teamwork: We constantly endeavor to make changes that improve the effectiveness, speed, and reliability of the services that we offer. In order to accomplish this our department has many internal working groups that meet to discuss and find solutions to issues Customer Support: We continue to strive to provide the best service possible with the shortest turn around time for troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair. Outstanding trouble tickets are reviewed weekly to ensure that users’ technology issues are addressed. This is just one of the monitoring and control systems that ensures maximum availability of computing resources. Additionally the department works to improve end-user relations and provide more timely and accurate information on deployment projects and repair status. |
